A full deck restoration is what most Auckland homeowners come to us for when their deck has gone grey, developed mould, or lost its character after years of New Zealand sun and rain. Our industrial abrasive brush strips away old coatings, ingrained dirt, and surface damage to expose clean, raw timber, without pressure washing, without water, and without damaging the grain. Once the surface is prepared, we help you select the right oil or stain for your timber type and lifestyle, with built-in deep-penetrating waterproofing, UV resistance, and mould protection.

If your deck is looking tired, flat, or discoloured but isn't ready for a full restoration, a standalone sanding service is often all it needs. We use a professional-grade industrial abrasive brush, purpose-built for timber, that removes old stains, sealers, moss, and surface grime without cutting too deep into the grain or leaving the furring that belt sanders and pressure washers are known for. The result is a surface that's clean, smooth, and ready for oiling, staining, or simply left as natural timber. Clients who were ready to replace their deck entirely have been genuinely stunned by what's underneath.

Our cleaning process uses neither. The same dry abrasive brush technology used in our sanding and restoration services removes dirt, moss, algae, and old coatings without water, chemicals, or compromising your timber. It's the smarter option for homeowners who want to maintain their deck between full restorations or simply want it to look its best before the summer entertaining season kicks off.
